Chicken, Penne, and Mozzarella Cheese in Vodka Sauce - $2.05 per serving (8 servings)


Homemade Pasta

This past weekend I decided to cook pasta in bulk. Finals are quickly approaching so it's a great idea to have some food in your dorm for that late night studying.

Follow these easy steps to make your own!



 Ingredients:

- 2 pounds of Pasta
- Shredded Mozzarella
- Chicken Breast
- 2 Jars of Vodka Cream Sauce
- Salt & Pepper
- Olive Oil



Step 1)

Pour both jars of Vodka Cream Sauce into pot and set heat to MED.
Stir frequently.









Step 2)

Prepare skillet with a thin coat of Olive Oil. Pre-heat skillet to MED.
Place seasoned Chicken Breasts onto pan. Begin to boil water.














    Step 3) 

    Once Chicken Breasts begin to cook through, flip over and finish until fully cooked. 

    
Step 4)

    Add 2 tbsp. of Olive Oil and 1/2 tbsp. of Salt into boiled water. 
    Add Pasta Shells. Stir frequently. 


















Step 5) 

Once Chicken Breasts are fully cooked, cut into small pieces.

















Step 6)

Pour pieces of Chicken Breasts into pot with Vodka Cream Sauce. 






















Step 7)

    Drain pasta.















   
    Step 8)

    Pour pasta back into pot.




 
    Step 9)

    Pour Vodka Sauce Cream with Chicken Breast pieces into pot with cooked Pasta Shells.






Step 10)

Add Shredded Mozzarella Cheese.







Step 11)

Stir.


Step 12)

Serve.


Store what's left!
